How to Sign In, Save Card Designs and Re-Order Greeting Cards
Your account is where your uploaded images, saved designs and past orders live. This short video shows how to sign in, what to do if you’ve forgotten your password, how to register, and what you can still do as a guest. It’s the first of four videos on saving and reordering: the others cover saving a design for later, reordering a past order, and bringing designs back from our old archive.

Open the designer
Start from Order Cards and choose a card size. The sign-in prompt appears before you begin.
Sign in
Enter the email address and password you registered with. Signed in, every image you upload and every order you place is kept in your account.
Forgotten your password?
Use the Forgot Password link and follow the email to set a new one.
New here? Register
Choose Register, fill in your details and you’re in — it takes a minute and it’s free.
Or continue as a guest
You can design and order without an account, but your images, saved designs and orders won’t be there next time.
