Collect from the studio, have them posted with tracking, or choose next-day courier when it’s urgent. Free UK delivery on orders over £70.

Choose At The Checkout

Four ways to receive your order.

Every option is offered at the checkout once you’ve entered your postcode. Whichever you choose, we email you when your order ships.

  • Collect from the studio

    Free

    You’re very welcome to pop in and pick your order up. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm, at 21 Dragon Court, Crofts End Road, Bristol BS5 7XX — there’s a map on the contact page.

  • UK standard delivery

    Tracked · worked out at the checkout

    Sent with Royal Mail or DPD. You’ll get an email confirming the delivery address and a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel and see proof of delivery.

  • Free UK delivery over £70

    Standard delivery only

    Spend over £70 and UK standard delivery is free — that includes envelopes, sleeves and card catchers added to the order. It doesn’t apply to express courier, and a few remote areas may carry a small surcharge.

  • Express courier

    Next working day · fully tracked

    Choose UK Ship by Express Courier at the checkout and your parcel goes with DPD for next-working-day delivery, tracked all the way. The right choice when there’s a fair or exhibition looming.

Orders are usually printed, checked and packed within 1–5 working days before they ship. If a date matters, tell us when you order and we’ll do our best. Track an order with its order ID and your email.

At The Checkout

Picking your delivery option.

Delivery is chosen on the final checkout screen, so you can see the cost before you pay.

  1. Enter your postcode in the shipping box — the options and prices for your address appear below it.
  2. Choose Collect from Redcliffe Imaging, UK Standard Delivery or UK Ship by Express Courier.
  3. Check the total — if your order is over £70, standard delivery shows as free.
Outside the UK?

EU & international

Click the country field (it says United Kingdom by default), choose your country from the list, enter your postcode or zip code and pick International Delivery.

International orders go by Royal Mail International Signed For. You’re emailed the tracking details when your order ships; tracking is available within the UK, and delivery is signed for at the other end.

Packed by hand

Every order is quality-checked and packed by hand in Bristol, boxed so the cards arrive as they left us.

Tracked from door to door

Standard, express and international parcels are all tracked, and you get the number by email the moment it ships.

Arrived damaged? We’ll fix it

If a parcel is knocked about in transit, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund the damaged cards. More in the guides.
