Printed cards with us before May 2023, or before you had an account? Those designs are in our old archive, not your account yet. This video shows how to request them so they appear under Your Orders & Designs, ready to reorder or edit. It’s the last of four videos on saving and reordering.

Request Card Design from Archive
Click the button on the previous orders page, or use the archive request form.
Tell us which designs
Paste the card design references from your original order emails, or just ask us to add all of your archived designs.
We add them by hand
A real person fetches the designs and uploads them to your account, then emails you.
Reorder as normal
They then appear in Your Orders & Designs like any other card.
